Albert Einstein said it best when he said “everything is energy.”
Who is prepared to argue with Einstein? Not I.
If it is in fact true, that everything vibrates at a frequency, it stands to reason that we as humans have the power to build and maintain our vibration simply by the choices we make in our day to day. For example, activities such as mediation, laughter, connection with loved ones, and exercise will benefit us in many wonderful ways. As will a positive mindset, an attitude of gratitude and giving to others.
For further inspiration, you can read my post, 8 ways to build your vibration.
Now, let's take this a step further and consider our diet. It stands to reason that if food indeed has a frequency, our diet would have a marked impact on our vibration, yes?
According to one of the most beneficial researchers of vibrational frequency, Bruce Tainio, a healthy human body has a frequency of 62-72 MHz when healthy. This drops to 57-60 MHz if you have a cold or flu, cancer may appear at 42 MHz and the death process begins at 25 MHz.
To put this into perspective, dead food such as a hamburger or canned food is said to have close to zero vibration, and some living greens may have a frequency of 70 MHz.
Now, let's consider what we put not only into our bodies, but on, and around..
Let's consider the sheer power of essential oils.
According to researchers in Washington using Tainio Technology the vibrational frequency of essential oils are the highest of any natural substance known to man. Thus, it stands to reason that through the inhalation and topical application of pure essential oils you can raise the vibratory quality of an individual.
The frequency of rose essential oil has been seen to go as high as 320 MHz (yes, you read that correctly!), lavender 118 MHz and sandalwood 96 MHz.
And you wondered why rose essential oil was so expensive.
So, how might you incorporate essential oils to build your frequency?
Firstly, you choose wisely.
It is very important that you choose only 100% pure, certified grade essential oils, essential oils that are sourced from the country they are indigenous to, making for a far more potent oil. Do not choose a synthetic brand or a brand that uses fragrance over pure plant extract. My choice of brand is doTERRA for the very reasons I mention above.
Secondly, you learn to incorporate your beautiful oils into your life, via topical application or inhalation.
What is key here is consistency - regular use of essential oils over an extended period of time is what counts. So, this you might start by swapping out any products that are harmful to you body, replacing them with essential oil infused products.

Learn how to make your own face serum, toxic free hand wash, kitchen cleaning spray, baby massage balm, or this blend to help calm anxious feelings. Swap your perfume for beautiful homemade blends, make up your own roller blend to ease head tension, and ground and calm yourself with copaiba and frankincense essential oils.
Are there any specific essential oils you should use?
Any 100% pure essential oil that has been carefully extracted will have a high vibration. It is said however that rose, lavender, lemongrass, jasmine, frankincense, patchouli, cedarwood and juniper are some of the most powerful oils.
Given Rose is a very expensive oil, your best bet is to invest in a doTERRA roller bottle called Rose Touch. Already diluted with fractionated coconut oil you can roll this gorgeous oil onto your heart space, your wrists or anywhere you feel drawn.
To help you along, I've designed two of my own recipes.
