Note: A tealight candle MUST be burned in a tealight cup or the wax will run to the edge of the container you're burning it in.
A tealight candle should be burned in one sitting.
A tealight candle has a wick that is held up by a metal ‘sustainer’. That sustainer has a 3mm neck holding the wick upright.
If you burn your tealight candle down so that there is say 4 – 5mm of wax remaining in the bottom of the cup, that means there is only 1 – 2mm of unburnt wick sticking out the top of the metal sustainer neck. That is not enough wick to burn out to the edge and consume all of the beeswax remaining in the cup.
So, if you want to burn your tealights over multiple sessions please ensure there is a minimum of 6mm of beeswax in the bottom of the tealight cup.
Every Queen B candle is made with 100% pure Australian beeswax, plus a pure cotton wick. Nothing else. No fillers. No fragrances. No soy, palm or paraffin wax.
Beeswax burns significantly longer than any non-beeswax candles of a similar size. Queen B candles also burn with a golden aura-ed flame that is larger than their toxic cousins, because of the high melting point of the wax.

Queen B recommend always burning a candle on a fire safe and heat proof surface. For example: Ceramic, tile, mirror plate, glass, marble should all be heat proof. Never burn a candle directly on to a timber surface and be mindful of the direction of the flame.

When can I expect my parcel?
Australia Post currently estimates 4-6 business days for standard domestic shipping. They estimate 1-2 days for express post, with a little longer when outside metropolitan areas. We anticipate occasional delays, so your patience is appreciated.
Where can I track my order?
Australian orders are sent out via Australia Post. Confirmation and shipping emails will be delivered to your inbox. Please make sure you check your spam folder if they don’t arrive.
What if I need to return a product?
Should your product arrive faulty or damaged we offer a 14 day return policy, providing the product is unopened. Please email us at hello@theholisticingredient.com as soon as you can so that we can look after you. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Can I return a nail polish, lipstick, sunscreen or skin care?
Due to hygiene regulations, cosmetics and skin care products cannot be returned based on change of mind. Please also note, the colour of all lipstick and nail polish products represented on your screen may not be accurate due to the variance in computer monitors, so please choose carefully.
When will my order be shipped?
Outside of weekends and public holidays, we will do our best to have all orders sent out within 24 hours of purchase. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding here.
