Sensitive skin? This is for you. Previously known as 'Pure Face & Body Cream' this award-winning face and body cream is so gentle, it’s even safe to use on baby skin. With its light texture and simple, 100% organic formula, it can be used on both face and body as part of your skin routine, every day. With unrefined shea butter, pure jojoba oil and macadamia oil, it's packed with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and barrier-building omega-6 fatty acids and is 100% free from essential oils. Protect and nourish sensitive skin with this all-over cream, leaving it smooth, supple, and well-moisturised.
Best stored below 30 degrees celsius to maintain its creamy state.

Apply sparingly to clean, lightly moist skin and and massage well. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) butter, Camellia oleifera seed oil, Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) oil, Adansonia digitata (Baobab) oil, Sesamum indicum (Sesame) seed oil, Macadamia ternifolia oil, Cannabis sativa (Hemp) seed oil, Cocos nucifera (Coconut) oil, Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) and Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf extract.
During the warmer summer months, it's advisable to avoid storing this product in areas of your bathroom that experience elevated temperatures over 30ºC in order to maintain its desired texture. In the event that the cream does melt due to exposure to excessive heat it may undergo a transformation and re-solidify with a slightly gritty texture. This is a natural occurrence as shea butter within the cream tends to crystallise when it cools down slowly. It's important to note that the cream is still perfectly safe to use even if it develops these crystals. However adhering to proper storage practices will prevent this occurrence altogether.

When will my order be shipped?
Outside of weekends and public holidays, we do our best to have all orders sent out within 1-2 business days. Orders received by 9.30am are generally shipped same day, unless we are experiencing high volumes of orders.
During sale periods there will be a delay in processing orders. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding here.
When can I expect my parcel?
We anticipate 3-6 business days for standard domestic shipping and 1-2 days for express post, with a little longer when outside metropolitan areas. We anticipate occasional delays, so your patience is appreciated.
Where can I track my order?
Australian orders are sent out via Australia Post or Aramex. Confirmation and shipping emails will be delivered to your inbox. Please make sure you check your spam folder if they don’t arrive.
International Orders.All international packages are sent with a required signature upon delivery. Due to logistics and cost, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of Australia. We appreciate your understanding here.
Lost Packages.
We will assist you in every way possible if your package is lost in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to firstly submit a query to the relevant shipping company should you feel your item is missing. Once you have submitted the query please reach out to us to let us know. However, once the shipping courier has provided proof of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the package.
If you wish to ensure receipt of your package, you can opt for a signature-required delivery at checkout.
RETURNS
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please refer to our policy below.
Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition. Please see below for exceptions to exchangeable items.
For change of mind returns, we offer exchanges or online credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, folded in the same way that they arrived, and with original tags attached. Note, our fulfilment team are unable to iron crumpled garments for resale. We recommend taking care when trying on items – garments received with make-up stains or other signs of wear will not be accepted.
Please note that additional shipping charges apply.
The Holistic Ingredient accepts refunds on faulty items only. In the event of receiving a faulty item, we offer an exchange, online credit, or refund.

To organise a return:
- Contact hello@theholisticingredient.com within 14 business days of receiving your item(s), stating your reason for return, name, order number, and details of the item you wish to return.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please inform us which item you wish to exchange for, noting that exchanges incur additional shipping charges. If we are unable to fulfil your exchange request, online credit will be issued.
- Ship your item via tracked shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Items that cannot be exchanged.
Due to regulations, food (including all blends on the site), cosmetics and skin care products cannot be returned based on change of mind. Please also note, the colour of all lipstick, tint and nail polish products represented on your screen may not be accurate due to the variance in computer monitors, so please choose carefully.
